1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

to our office via email or fax, along with copy of identification; Current
Driver's License and Social Security Card.
2. LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
Please sign where applicable. This document will be used for the sole purpose
of obtaining information from creditors and speak to the Credit Bureaus on your
behalf.
3. CONTRACT AGREEMENT

to our office via email or fax.
4. BROKER'S BUSINESS AGREEMENT
This agreement is to safeguard the relationship between the client and the
mortgage broker or referring company from being forward to any other mortgage
companies or affiliates of RELIANCE CREDIT INC.
PROCESS OUTLINED
5. CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Upon ordering the credit reports, an analyst will evaluate the credit condition
of the client. The analyst will contact Mortgage Broker or client directly (if
a direct client) to review each negative finding. An Individualized Plan of
Action (IPA) will be designed to increase the clients credit score and advise
client of payment patterns to avoid.
6. DISPUTE FINDINGS
The CREDIT BUREAUS have 30 days to respond to any credit dispute by the client
or client's representative. The Credit Bureaus will then contact creditors and
respond to the inquiries or disputes.
7. LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY
Once our analyst and client have provided any back up documentation in
connections with disputes, a second credit report is requested.
- If we have not met our expectations in improving the credit score and
removing derogatory information, we will begin the dispute process again.
- If we have increased the credit score and credit availability, we will
contact the client and referring company and inform them of the updated
information.. |
